Whether you want to read a book on your own, have a discussion with someone or celebrate with a large group - you will find the right place for it in the garden and in the house or even inside and outside the city walls. Bathing, cooking, exercising, relaxing - everything is close together and yet far enough away from each other.
Kitchen
A central element of Felix Convivium is the kitchen/hall with its 40 square meters. It is equipped with all the appliances of a standard kitchen and has two dishwashers, two ovens, two wine fridges and two sinks. On the central island you can cook together, prepare food and taste wine. In addition to the option of doing all this on your own, we also offer you the option of professional support. If you wish, you can also book a breakfast buffet where our Anna will spoil you with regional delicacies.
Dining place
Enjoying good food and chatting in a cozy atmosphere leads to relaxation and joie de vivre.
Gallery
The gallery in the kitchen is multifunctional. You can retreat here to read a book, eat something together or just have some peace and quiet. It is also equipped with simple elements for a conference, beamer, flipchart, screens and presentation material and is suitable for smaller training courses or meetings.
Salon
In the common room, you can retreat to two reading corners or in front of the TV. There is also a games table where you can pass the time together. There is also a bagno, which can be accessed directly from the kitchen, garden or soggiorno.
Terrace
You can also spend time under the parasols on the terrace in summer. Here you can eat, chat and relax in the open air.
Garden
The tastefully landscaped panoramic garden with an avenue of mature trees invites you to take a break in the shade or find a spot in the sun.
Pool
The heated pool with massage jets and cascade is a highlight of the vacation home. From it and while sitting on the sun loungers, you can see 20 – 30 km into the countryside, over rolling hills or even as far as the sea. The nearby city gate is always present.
Whirlpool
from Oct 2026
A whirlpool will be available from the fall. You can relax in it and look out over the surrounding area in cool temperatures.
Sauna
From October 2025, a tastefully integrated sauna in the historic cantina will complement the Felix Convivium offer. Where wine was once stored, a stylish retreat will be created that provides warmth and relaxation – especially on cooler days. Access is directly from the garden, so you can linger in the mild evening air after your sauna session.
Our recommendations for a special and authentic vacation experience
The area offers numerous opportunities to keep yourself busy. For example, when visiting the small castelli (villages) on the hills, you will always be surprised by a small bar, a nice conversation, the picturesque alleys or simply a wonderful view of the hilly landscape or the sea.
A visit to the coastal town of Fano with its special stores, harbor and old town, a trip to the Furlo Gorge and kayaking there or to Genga to the Grotta di Frassarsi, one of the largest stalactite caves, are all within a distance of + 30 km.
Perhaps you simply want to spend a day swimming by the sea in Torette or Fano.
A visit to the Azienda Felice at Fiorini or Guerieri, the local wineries, is always interesting. You can also always find something at the potter Giombi in Fratterosa and watch him at work.
Numerous weekly markets in the area allow you to visit the market almost every day, on Thursdays directly on site in Orciano or on Wednesdays in Calcinelli, or on other days at larger markets in Fossombrone, Fano or Senegallia.
In various stores you can buy and/or taste the regional delicacies, cheese, ham or handmade pasta to name but a few.
Not forgetting the numerous restaurants in the area, from simple, tasty with flair, to selected specialties, e.g. truffle menus.
In addition, there are various regional events virtually every season, such as the truffle fair in Aqualagna at the turn of the month October/November, the snail festival in Sorbologno at the end of May or the Collemarathon at the beginning of May, to name just a few.
In May, the Mille Miglia is usually held nearby, a highlight for all classic car fans.
In summer, there is a kind of village festival in the surrounding area with different themes almost every weekend. Here you can also indulge in culinary delights while dancing.
