When I started working for Ute and Michael as a project manager, I had no idea how much they would infect me with their love for the brands and ‘our’ Felix C.
With my eye for detail and decoration, I try to convey a feeling of appreciation to our guests. I want them to be as enchanted by the Barchi lifestyle as I am.

I worked in all three areas, installation + electrics + photovoltaics. Always with the aim of perfecting the overall experience for Felix Convivium’s guests.

Ute and Michele have a good hand for the house and garden, as you can see from their previous vacation home, Villa Tartaruga. Guests say that you can tell that they both live there and are happy to go the extra mile for their guests!

I live here in Barchi, I’m a pensioner and I used to have a high-quality butcher’s shop here. The FELIX convivium guests would certainly have enjoyed my specialties. Ute and Michele’s new vacation home is a great enrichment for our village and the region, especially when this house in a prominent location in the centro storico has been beautifully restored and will hopefully not only be revitalized itself, but also the neighbourhood.

What makes FELIX convivium so fascinating for me:
A beautiful and magical place that transports you to another world and makes you forget time. It is this fascination of the brick walls from the 16th and 17th centuries, mixed with antique individual pieces, modern elements and color accents that make this possible.

What I think of FELIX convivium as an innovation:
I’ve been friends with Ute and Michael for 15 years and I’m always happy to help out when there’s a need. Their first house, the “Villa Tartaruga”, is already a cozy spot. FELIX convivium is completely different, simply special. You have to see it, you can’t explain it.

Why I love the stones at FELIX convivium so much: I love stones and especially old, handmade bricks. Basically, I love old, historical building materials and combining them with modern technology. That alone makes me happy here.
I make sure that these old bricks are shown to their best advantage, that the guests enjoy this historic site and that they can’t get enough of the “aaahs and ooohs” …
I felt I had touched every stone in this building once with the aim of creating something that the guests, like me, feel connected to.

FELIX convivium brings more life to the village. Here in the nova Bar, everyone should feel comfortable and, if they want to, get in touch with the locals. I make sure that there is at least one place in Barchimind where people enjoy meeting, talking, drinking and eating with others. And the great thing is that this is also the place where you meet the people who have built and rebuilt FELIX convivium together …

Why we are so connected to FELIX convivium: We live in Barchi and so it’s clear for us to do a good job here, as we regularly meet the guests of FELIX convivium after work in the nova Bar. We want to be able to look everyone in the eye when Francesco, the baristo, tells people that we are responsible for the drywall. That makes me and my son Michele proud. I think it’s amazing what Ute and Michele are doing here with so much energy and I’m looking forward to new life in the village. In any case, we “artigiani” have done the best we could …

How I was able to contribute my love of old wood to the FELIX convivium:
Like Ute, I also love working with old wood, and she can spend hours sanding it. All the windows, doors and beams in the FELIX convivium are mine. Sometimes we cut up 300-year-old oak beams and reworked them. Ute has intensively reworked the 17th century entrance portal with my support. Everything for a special experience
