Our philosophy
Ute and Michael
Ute and Michael love old buildings. Even during their student days, they lived in apartments in old buildings in Berlin.
Then they renovated an old building in Berlin and later the house in Barchi, Villa Tartaruga. (Villatartaruga.de).
In 2010, they renovated an old town house in Sigmaringen with a view of the Danube and the Hohenzollern Palace. This house also has two vacation apartments.
Since 2021, they have been working for Corso Umberto 5, for the Felix Convivium.
